Polk Stanley Wilcox is proud to announce its role as the Arkansas architect for the proposed Bentonville Ballroom, a new 2,500-capacity live music venue planned adjacent to the Momentary in downtown Bentonville. The project is being developed in collaboration with Live Nation Entertainment, Blueprint Studio, Live Nation’s in-house design and development team, and the New York office of BIG–Bjarke Ingels Group.
If approved, Bentonville Ballroom will become a premier destination for live music and cultural events in Northwest Arkansas, expanding opportunities for nationally touring artists, community performances, private events, and regional entertainment.
The proposed venue has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the natural beauty and creative energy of the Ozarks. Featuring warm wood tones, natural materials, and architecture that embraces the surrounding landscape, the venue seeks to create an immersive experience where music, art, and place come together.
Located next to the Momentary, the venue is envisioned as an extension of Bentonville’s thriving arts district, complementing the city’s continued investment in culture, design, and public spaces. The facility is expected to host more than 100 concerts annually while also accommodating corporate events, community gatherings, and special performances.
“Bentonville is a destination for arts and culture, and food, and the Momentary ignited the city’s music scene,” said Tom Walton, chair of the Momentary Council. “The Bentonville Ballroom will be a beautiful new cultural landmark. We’re happy to invite Live Nation to our campus. Their experience connecting artists and fans will accelerate our city’s momentum with year-round, quality music experiences for residents and visitors.”
As the Arkansas architect, Polk Stanley Wilcox brings extensive experience designing civic, cultural, educational, and entertainment destinations that strengthen communities throughout the region. The firm’s role focuses on translating the project’s global design vision into a venue that responds authentically to Northwest Arkansas while supporting the technical and operational demands of a world-class performance space.
Bentonville Ballroom joins a growing portfolio of transformative projects shaping the future of Northwest Arkansas and reinforces the region’s reputation as a national destination for architecture, arts, innovation, and live entertainment.
