Purple Cow North Little Rock Groundbreaking

Yesterday Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects broke ground for the new The Purple Cow Restaurant opening this fall in North Little Rock. We were able to beat the heat with their famous purple ice cream prepared by Yarnell’s Ice Cream. The Arkansas-based restaurant will be located just southeast of McCain Mall in the Dillard’s parking lot. This is PSW’s second Purple Cow restaurant to work on after designing the Conway location in 2014. PSW project team includes Patty Opitz, Sarah Bennings, Laura Hendrix, Kate Edwards and Joe Stanley.
