Mixed-Use Building

Bentonville, AR

This mixed-use building sits immediately north of our Skylight Cinema in the Arts District of Bentonville and was built at the same time.  The project consists of approximately 15,500 SF on three (3) floors.  This is a core and shell building with the first floor to be utilized as retail space that fronts SW A Street with the second and third floors comprised of office space.  A balcony further defines the second floor along the east side and is supported by the same architectural cast-in-place concrete fins that highlight the Skylight Cinema.  The primary pedestrian path along SW A Street is composed of a glazed curtainwall with the more private side of the building transitioning into a masonry volume that harkens back to the historic masonry buildings of the downtown square.
