The progressive architecture of the new Bank OZK Headquarters represents the bank’s rapid national expansion, while grounded in this place. Two primary office volumes are linked by a 5 story atrium and bridged by a sweeping roof, reminiscent of the site’s rolling hills and mountainous surroundings. The atrium acts as a vertical center for collaboration and a visual link between two distinct green spaces. Offices and work spaces are positioned in a park-like setting instead of the typical sea of parking. Most parking is tucked under the building, creating a public engagement and approach through a sculpted, artistic landscape.
