Searcy Community Center

Searcy, Arkansas

As part of an $80M overall transformative project, the new Searcy Community Center is a vibrant new space designed for all ages to connect, learn, and grow together. The building interacts with the expanding trail system and beautiful site to make it part of the building by taking bikers and runners dynamically up a ramp and though the building lobby, floating above and visible.

The center will feature indoor basketball courts that also serve pickleball and volleyball, an indoor walking track and climbing wall, exercise classes, a bike shop, and community meeting rooms for everything from maker space activities, a fantastic children’s play area treehouse-like loft, plus comfortable areas for seniors and a “Searcy store”. The roof extends to create an outdoor amphitheater for live events that interacts with scenic outdoor trails as well. We can’t wait for Searcy residents to experience all the opportunities this incredible new facility will bring.
