The new Pine Bluff Main Library is located in a once vibrant commercial and retail district on Main Street in an effort to reengage the public with downtown as part of the City’s broader revitalization plans. The new library is the living room of a community with access to computer labs, recording studios, a maker-space, teaching kitchen, a teen loft, a museum displaying a collection of local artifacts, and a cafe coming soon.  The main feature is a floating open auditorium above the entrance, creating the building’s dynamic form.

The new Pine Bluff Main library is a modern, transparent building that displays what the future of Pine Bluff can be.
