Maumelle Center on the Lake

PSW designed the new senior wellness center located in Maumelle, Arkansas. The new facility is positioned on the site to maximize views of nature with its proximity to Lake Willastein. The Center has a designated cafe room, game room, larger restrooms, larger kitchen for food preparation, two large classrooms, a cardio room with cardio equipment and weight machines and a separate group exercise room. Parking is double in size compared to the old facility’s. The Center also has an office suite with 5-6 work stations, a conference room, extra storage, a staff restroom, breakroom and two private offices.
