Construction Begins on U.S. Marshals Museum

Posted July 27, 2018

United States Marshals Museum has begun construction on its new $50 million project located on the banks of the Arkansas River near downtown Fort Smith. This museum, designed by Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects, will serve as a national center of heritage and legacy and will include 20,000 square feet of exhibit space, presented in three main galleries, which highlight pivotal times in our national history. The completion date is set for September 24, 2019, the 230th anniversary of the Marshals formation by George Washington. We are honored to be a part of telling that story, and many others.
