Sarah Bennings, AIA

Sarah Bennings is a project architect with the firm and is responsible for project management and production. Sarah has been a leader on various types of projects throughout her career but has a personal passion for K-12 and higher education. Most recently she has been instrumental in the planning, design and construction of Little Rock Southwest High School, which is the Little Rock School District’s first new high school built in 60 years. Her most joyful moments of this project are working with teachers and students to create inspiring spaces to teach and learn. Additionally, Sarah has a master’s degree in Urban Design and believes that well designed public spaces and a building’s relationship to its environment are the keys to great design. Her education and passion have informed Sarah’s design of the phased campus master plans for the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts in Hot Springs, AR and El Dorado Festivals and Events Master plan in El Dorado AR, among others.
