He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and a Master of Architecture from Louisiana Tech University, where he was recognized with multiple academic and design honors, including the AIA Medal for Academic Excellence and Best in Show for his Master of Architecture thesis work.
As an architectural intern, Nathan supports project teams across multiple phases of design, contributing to schematic development, 3D modeling, visualization, and presentation materials. He works closely with architects, interior designers, and consultants to translate design concepts into clear, compelling drawings and visual narratives. With strong skills in digital modeling, rendering, and animation, he plays an active role in design storytelling and client communication.
Nathan brings experience from professional practice and community-based design settings, including internships and design activism studios, where he collaborated on master planning efforts, interior and exterior renovations, and proposal development. He is known for being adaptable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn, with a particular passion for visualization, prototyping, and the intersection of architecture and storytelling.
Excited to begin his professional career, Nathan is motivated to contribute to Polk Stanley Wilcox’s collaborative design culture while continuing to grow as an emerging architect.
