The modern facility, clad in glass, steel and Arkansas-native natural stone, Is realized in two, 2-story bars juxtaposed on the site.  The space between the bars form both the exterior public entry as well as the interior building core that contains the central lobby, rest rooms and corporate café.

Since the Conway Economic Development Council developed this project for HP as a tenant, the building was designed to provide for future flexibility as a multi-tenant occupancy type.
