KUAF was in need of a new facility and asked Polk Stanley Wilcox to help. The scope of the project included the renovation of the existing two-story structure as well as a new addition. Extensive site work, including new parking and landscaping were part of the project. Sustainability is one of the trying goals for KUAF and was integrated into the project by designing the building at a LEED silver level.
