Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects designed this two-phase project to solve all major facility issues that the school has faced over the recent years.  Phase 1A is a full building MEP retrofit.  All systems are replaced with modern and efficient “zoned” systems increasing the comfort level of the school while reducing energy use and expense.
