The Fields at Pinnacle Office Building

Rogers, AR

A 40,000 SF office building sits in the vibrant Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers, Arkansas.  The scope of the project consists of the core and shell (only) for a supplier to the world’s largest retailer.  The building is oriented on the site for maximum energy efficiency and the overall site development is designed around the sustainable principles of low impact design.  An emphasis on storm water management, preserving the natural setting and utilizing regionally appropriate plantings are key considerations.  Views from the building are intended to focus on the site landscape and bio-swales that are formed between parking aisles.  The building is a contemporary structure with a native stone base along with a combination of cement board panels and bronze stainless steel panels.  Key areas of the building utilize aluminum framed curtainwall systems with high quality glazing while the primary office areas use aluminum storefront systems with high quality glazing.
